The service is excellent, especially with room service available. However, there is a fee for the airport shuttle. The dining experience is delightful with delicious pastries offered. I couldn't have asked for a better location - being so close to Gatwick airport was a lifesaver after a late flight. The hotel rooms were cozy and clean, although a bit basic.
